Shopper Email Walkthrough | It's Your CashBack Reward

Upon a CashBack eligible purchase, a shopper will receive an email from us titled "(Name), It's your CashBack Reward!" The purpose of this email is for the shopper to complete the necessary details to redeem their CashBack. The flow of this email is as follows: 

Screen 1

The shopper is notified their CashBack offer is almost ready and they are prompted to submit their CashBack claim.

Screen 2

The shopper is prompted to enter the details listed to complete their redemption form.

Screen 3

Once complete, the shopper can select their CashBack method: a bonus gift card back to your store or a Visa prepaid card. This screen will let the shopper know what your gift card boost is, and how much that will boost their CashBack offer.

Screen 4

After their selection is made, they will confirm their selection.

Screen 5

Once confirmed, they'll be taken to a CashBack countdown that lets them know when their holding period will be over. Once the holding period is complete, this page will show the bonus gift card or Visa prepaid card details so they can utilize the CashBack offer.
