Analytics Tab | Overview
In Overview, you can find the following metrics. Please note each of these metrics excludes orders with suspended CashBacks.
Revenue from CashBack Orders
Total revenue driven from orders with an applied CashBack promotion. This is the total revenue associated with the number of orders seen in the CashBack Orders Count. The chart provides a daily view of revenue driven from CashBack orders.
CashBack Orders Count
Total number of orders with an applied CashBack promotion.
CashBack Orders AOV
Average Order Value (AOV) for orders with an applied CashBack promotion.
💡 You'll typically see higher AOV with CashBack orders vs. discount driven orders, as CashBack brings in full-priced orders.
Actual Given Discount
This is the real discount given via CashBack based on how many shoppers choose the prepaid award card option instead of the store credit option. For example, if you offer 30% CashBack and only 20% of your shoppers select a prepaid award card, the discount you are paying out is 6%. The graph compares the average actual given discount against your average offered promotion.
💡Gut check: What's the evergreen discount you offer? Compare it to the Actual Given Discount in your dash. With CashBack, you're able to offer a steeper offer, grow your lists, and save more money by doing so.
Recovered Margin
This illustrates your bottom-line savings when using CashBack. It's the amount (in revenue) of CashBack that wasn't selected as a prepaid award card. When using CashBack, the only cost absorbed by you is the prepaid award card selection, as unselected CashBack has no cost and store credit CashBack is spent directly with you!
💡 If the Total CashBack value were issued as discount codes, you'd lose out on this entire cost. With CashBack, you recovered a majority of this margin. In this example, over $41,000 of recovered margin has been saved out of over $64,000 of CashBack issued.
