Analytics Tab | Overview

In Overview, you can find the following statistics:

• Total Amount of Orders with CashBack: The total number of orders shoppers have placed with the CashBack product in their cart.
• Total Value of CashBack: The total amount of CashBack given to shoppers on orders with CashBack included.
• Deflection Rate: Percentage of shoppers who didn't claim their CashBack as a virtual Visa card. This means they either:
  • Did not make a CashBack selection
  • Selected a gift card back to your store
