Promotions Tab | Duplicating a promotion

When you duplicate a promotion, the existing exclusions and rules will copy over to the new promotion. This can be especially useful if you have a large set of exclusions or inclusions. Here’s how to duplicate a promotion:  


  1. Go to Promotions > locate desired promotion 
  2. Click the three dots under Actions > Duplicate
  3. Make any desired adjustments (exclusions, gift card boost, etc.) 
  4. Click Create & Activate to set the promotion live, or Create to save the promotion as a draft
