What's a passthrough expense?

Passthrough expenses are expenses on which we don’t take a fee. Relating to CashBack, we may pay out CashBacks (like Visa prepaid cards) up front to shoppers to expedite the CashBack experience, and you reimburse us at a later date. These expenses are just that–a reimbursement. We won’t charge you any fees and you’ll receive an invoice at the end of your billing period for reimbursements only.
