Why is the CashBack product in a Fondue fulfillment center?

You might notice the CashBack product appears in a separate fulfillment center location that your physical products:

The digital CashBack products are "stocked" at this fulfillment center. By having a separate fulfillment center, this enables us to auto-fulfill the CashBack product as soon as one other product from the order is fulfilled. This ensures your Shopify fulfillment status stays consistent. However, we only do this to make it easier for brands' fulfillment processes. If this is a problem we can always delete the Fondue Fulfillment for your brand. Just let us know at brands@getfondue.com.
