Adding & Removing Administrators

When someone is an administrator, they can:

  • Access all details to all CashBack and non-CashBack orders
  • Access tracking links to CashBack orders
  • Set CashBack to non-CashBack orders
  • Create, pause, and delete promotions
  • View the Analytics dash
  • Update all settings

Adding an Administrator

  1. Go to Settings in the bottom left corner of your screen
  2. Go to Users > Add A User
  3. Enter the user’s email address
  4. Check the Admin box
  5. Click Add a User

Removing an Administrator

  1. Go to Settings in the bottom left corner of your screen
  2. Go to Users > Add A User
  3. Locate the user you want to remove
  4. On the right side of the screen, click Delete > Confirm
  5. The administrator’s name will be removed from the dash
