Promotions Tab | Creating a Promotion

To create a new promotion:

1. Click Promotions on the left side of the screen
2. Click Create New Promotion in the top right corner of the screen
3. Select the type of promotion you want to offer: URL-Based or Sitewide
   1. If URL-based: Enter a Promotional URL Code–this is what will go at the end of your URL. (Ex: “welcome20”)
4. Enter an internal name to describe the promotion. This will only be visible to you! (Ex: “20% CashBack for First-Time Shoppers”)
5. Select the value of the promotion: % or $ based
   1. If $ based: minimal threshold required
   2. If % based: minimal threshold optional
6. Enter a gift card boost value
7. Select which products you'd like the promotion to apply to:
   1. All Products: All products on your site are eligible for the promotion
   2. Include Specific Products: The products you search and choose are included in your promotion
   3. Exclude Specific Products: The products you search and choose are excluded from your promotion
   4. Include Collections: The collections you search and choose are included in your promotion
   5. Exclude Collections: The collections you search and choose are excluded from your promotion
8. Optional: CashBack & Subscription Plans
   1. Toggle on if you'd like CashBack to apply only to the first order of a shopper's subscription
   2. Toggle off if you'd like CashBack to apply to no orders of a shopper's subscription
9. Click Create to store it as a draft or Create & Activate to make your promotion live!
