How do I modify a live promotion?

While you cannot modify a promotion*, you can pause or delete a live promotion, then create a new promotion** with the modifications you need!

Please note: *If you create a new promotion and the CashBack code is different than your previous live CashBack code, you will need to update any place this URL is present (pop ups, email flows, SMS flows, etc.) To avoid this, please reach out to brands@getfondue.com and we can modify the existing promotion on our end. 

**Creating a new promotion will create a new CashBack SKU. To avoid creating a new SKU, please reach out to brands@getfondue.com and we can modify the existing promotion on our end.
