How do I resend a CashBack notification to a shopper?
While CashBack selection emails are automatically sent to shoppers upon a CashBack-eligible purchase, you may have shoppers reach out from time to time stating they've misplaced this email. Here's how you can resend the latest communication they received:
1. In the Merchant Admin, go to Orders > CashBack Orders
2. Locate the shopper's order and click on it
3. Scroll to the Resend Notification section and click Resend
