How do I suspend a shopper's CashBack?

If you initiate a return within Shopify within the CashBack holding period, a shopper’s CashBack will be suspended. However, at this time, there isn’t a self-service way to suspend a shopper’s CashBack for reasons other than returns. We are adding this functionality very soon! In the meantime, send us an email to brands@getfondue.com including the order details and we’ll take care of it for you.
