How do I suspend a shopper's CashBack?

If you initiate a return within Shopify within the CashBack holding period, a shopper’s CashBack will be suspended. However, at this time, there isn’t a self-service way to suspend a shopper’s CashBack for reasons other than returns. We are adding this functionality very soon! In the meantime, send us an email to including the order details and we’ll take care of it for you.
