Analytics Tab | CashBack Selections

In CashBack Selections, you can find the following statistics:

Unselected

  • Amount: The total number of orders that were eligible for CashBack, but it was never claimed.
  • Value: Dollar value of eligible CashBack that was never claimed by shoppers.
  • Percent Out of Total: Percent of CashBack value that was never claimed by shoppers.

Gift Card

  • Amount: The total number of shoppers who have selected gift cards as their CashBack selection.
  • Value: Dollar value of CashBack that was selected as a gift card by shoppers (Base Gift Card Value + Gift Card Boost).
  • Percent Out of Total: Percent of CashBack value that was claimed as a gift card by shoppers.

Visa Card

  • Amount: The total number of shoppers who have selected a virtual Visa card as their CashBack selection.
  • Value: Dollar value of CashBack that was selected as a virtual Visa card by shoppers.
  • Percent Out of Total: Percent of CashBack value that was claimed as a virtual Visa card by shoppers.
